Imaging Services for Referrers

Cardiac PET (Quantitative)
Indications: multivessel or unclear ischemia, microvascular disease, and discordant non-invasive test results.
Outputs: stress/rest perfusion, CFR/CFC report, risk stratification, and therapy-response assessment.

Echocardiography
TTE, TEE, and stress echo including valve assessment, cardiomyopathy evaluation, heart-failure staging, and intra-procedural guidance with Level III expertise.

Nuclear SPECT & Vascular Ultrasound
MPI interpretation and carotid or peripheral vascular ultrasound where clinically appropriate, performed within integrated cardiovascular imaging programs.
Pre-Referral Checklists
- Include most recent stress test or non-invasive imaging results (if available).
- Attach last echocardiogram and LVEF documentation.
- Provide coronary disease history or dates of prior revascularization.
- Review caffeine or medication restrictions per PET protocol.
- List recent renal function trends if relevant.
- Confirm indication: ischemia evaluation, viability, or valvular function.
- Review beta-blocker status and whether to hold before procedure.
- Ensure baseline ECG and resting blood pressure documentation.
- Include prior imaging summaries for comparison.
